புட்டு
Cooking recipe for puttu
தேவையான பொருட்கள்
புட்டு மாவு - 1 கப்
தேங்காய் பூ - 1/2 கப்
உப்பு - 1 சிட்டிகை
சக்கரை - தேவையான அளவு
ஏலக்காய் பொடி- 2 சிட்டிகை
செய்முறை
முதலில் புட்டு மாவில் சிறிது உப்பு சேர்த்து தண்ணீர் தெளித்து உதிராக உதிர்த்து வைக்கவும்.
இட்லிதட்டில் கலவையை வைத்துமூடி போட்டு ஆவியில் வேகவிடவும். 10 நிமிடம் கழித்து வெந்ததும் இறக்கி தேங்காய் பூ,பொடித்த ஏலக்காய் பொடி சக்கரை சேர்த்து கலந்து பரிமாறவும்
இப்போது சுவையான புட்டு தயார்.
